Role Summary
We are hiring for Project Manager Purchase to Pay (PTP) Operations where the selected candidate will support Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) operations and digital experience initiatives. This position focuses on driving project execution enabling change adoption and improving system workflows across cross-functional teams. You ll work closely with operations engineering and support teams to deliver impactful improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Operations
Support rollout of new purchasing processes workflows and change initiatives across teams
Create training materials documentation and enablement resources to drive adoption
Guide support teams on Procurement Case Management (PCM) usage and issue resolution
Help evolve and improve the PCM system through ongoing enhancements
Develop internal communications training content and videos to support change initiatives
Project Management & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of PTP initiatives including planning tracking and reporting
Define project scope timelines goals and success metrics with stakeholders
Identify risks dependencies and blockers and work proactively to resolve them
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on business impact
Systems & Continuous Improvement
Work with engineering teams to improve system usability and user experience
Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks for system enhancements and chatbot features
Experiment with automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve workflows
Identify opportunities to simplify digitize and automate existing processes
Track and analyze KPIs such as resolution time productivity and user satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with operations engineering and support teams to drive alignment
Act as a central coordination point across stakeholders
Work with teams to prioritize improvements and deliver business value
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience managing projects and driving execution in cross-functional environments
Proven ability to own day-to-day operations and deliver results in fast-paced settings
Hands-on experience with change management and communication delivery
Strong stakeholdermanagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working with automation tools or experimenting with digital systems
High attention to detail with a strong focus on user experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in procurement or Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) environments
Familiarity with case management or ticketingsystems like Wolken or similar tools
Exposure to generative AI tools or chatbot platforms
Experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as MicrosoftTeamsSlackAirtable or Miro
