Job Summary

SUMMARY of DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Under limited supervision the Janitorial and Maintenance worker will perform janitorial work on GFA Commercial Buildings and Other Property: maintaining cleaning vacuuming dusting sweeping mopping buffing floors emptying trash and restocking janitor closets.

Must be able to:

Bend stoop and lift 25 lbs. easily
Responsibly use and maintain janitorial supplies and tools
Safely clean and operate motorized cleaning equipment
Be available 35-40 hours per week
Promptly and accurately fill out a weekly timesheet
