F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager

Job Summary:

Courtesy Kia a Courtesy Automotive Dealership is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity with a family owned and operated automotive group. We are a great dealer group with an exceptional reputation. This opportunity wont last long! The ideal candidate has 3 Years of experience and can spin 50-70 deals a month. You must have Dealership Experience and you must have experience as a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support department growth
• Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership
• Analyze cash flow conduct revenue management and forecast financial trends
• Oversee investment strategies to maximize returns
• Provide guidance on budgeting and cost control measures

Qualifications Essential Functions & Experience:

• Proven experience in running strong numbers currently in your department
• Must have relationships with banks
• Must be able to spin 50-70 deals a month
• Expertise in cash flow analysis and revenue forecasting
• Must have a proven track record and must provide 3 references
