Compensation

• $35.77/hr New Graduates
• $44.71/hr Mid-Level (10 years experience)
• $49.18/hr Senior Level (16 years experience)

Shift Details

• Shift: Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• Schedule: 5 days/week 8-hour shifts
• Start Time: Between 7:00 AM 10:00 AM
• Weekend Rotation: Up to 4 weekends/month initially with gradual reduction

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. This role involves evaluating patients developing customized treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility function and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to restore function and mobility
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
• Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and equipment use
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Effectively manage caseload and prioritize daily assignments
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory ethical and organizational standards
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) (Required)
• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (Required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (Required within 30 days of hire)
• Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
• Strong clinical evaluation and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced healthcare environment
