Required Skills

7 years of experience in technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV QA PROD).
Proven experience preparing BOMs system architecture documentation and operational runbooks.
Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing ports protocols firewalls).
Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Office Visio (or similar diagramming tools) and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence SharePoint).
Excellent analytical stakeholder management and communication skills.
