Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Software Programmer - Project Lead to join our team for the SLED Law Enforcement Switch Project. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software development and project management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. This role is primarily remote with potential quarterly travel for project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead software development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior programmers.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the development process.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile Scrum).
Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
