POSITION OVERVIEW

The CM&T team is seeking a Level 7 Security Transformation Practitioner to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IAG. This role is critical for ensuring secure system integration and maintaining compliance within SAP S/4HANA environments while adhering to strict ITAR constraints.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IAG including access request provisioning and access review processes.
• Configure and integrate IAG with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and identity providers (IAS/IPS).
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
• Set up access certification campaigns and approval workflows for continuous compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and audit teams to ensure SOX ITAR and general audit control requirements are met.
• Support testing deployment and hypercare activities during rollout while providing ongoing governance and improvements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a highly technical SAP Security expert with a strong background in IAG implementations. They must be a disciplined US Person (Citizen or GC) capable of navigating complex ITAR requirements while maintaining a proactive collaborative tone with audit and business stakeholders.
