Job Title: Marketing Representative
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Cary NC 27513
Duration: 11 Months
Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible typically 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST)
Job Summary
Supports sales operations customer interactions and internal processes while contributing to marketing and business development activities. Combines customer communication with backend sales processing and auditing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
- Identify potential customers through referrals research and events
- Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend suitable products/services
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
- Support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Audit customer purchase orders for compliance with contracts and policies
- Process sales transactions for invoicing settlements and credits
- Handle assigned tickets and resolve dealer/channel queries
- Prepare audit documentation and follow up on pending deals
- Work across multiple internal systems for order and sales management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to think beyond standard rules
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (Business Marketing Finance or related)
- Basic administrative or operational experience preferred
Preferred Background
- Experience in sales support customer service or administration
- Exposure to accounting finance or auditing processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflows
