Job Summary
Supports sales operations customer interactions and internal processes while contributing to marketing and business development activities. Combines customer communication with backend sales processing and auditing work.
Key Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
Identify potential customers through referrals research and events
Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend suitable products/services
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
Support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
Audit customer purchase orders for compliance with contracts and policies
Process sales transactions for invoicing settlements and credits
Handle assigned tickets and resolve dealer/channel queries
Prepare audit documentation and follow up on pending deals
Work across multiple internal systems for order and sales management
Required Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Problem-solving mindset with ability to think beyond standard rules
Qualifications
Post-secondary education (Business Marketing Finance or related)
Basic administrative or operational experience preferred
Preferred Background
Experience in sales support customer service or administration
Exposure to accounting finance or auditing processes
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflows
