Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform touch-up soldering on SMT assemblies following reflow.

• Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and AOI equipment to identify solder defects.

• Identify and correct issues such as bridging insufficient solder and misalignment.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of SMT touch-up experience after solder reflow.

• Strong soldering and rework skills.

• Ability to identify defects using microscopes and inspection equipment (AOI).

• High attention to detail and quality.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
