Job Summary
We are seeking an empathetic highly entrepreneurial leader to serve as the Director Product Marketing - AI this role you will be responsible for creating an AI culture of pull-adoption across the enterprise. You will build a digital product marketing strategy from scratch amidst ambiguity driving product consolidation branding image and asset creation and spearheading both internal and external campaigns.

This position is designed for a professional who blends deep expertise in AI technology adoption and customer experience (CX) with premium brand management and cross-functional launch coordination. You will leverage advanced marketing techniques to boost user adoption lead training and enablement frameworks and partner closely with Ford Direct and Go-to-Market teams. Responsibilities
What youll do...
You will lead the marketing and adoption of our AI products by delivering the following::
1. Create a Digital Product Marketing Strategy from Scratch
- Navigate ambiguity and continuous learning to build a comprehensive marketing strategy for AI products.
- Lead branding product consolidation image creation and brand asset development.
- Design and execute impactful internal and external campaigns to promote AI solutions.
2. Drive User Adoption & Create a Culture of Pull-Adoption
- Utilize advanced marketing and sales techniques to organically boost user adoption of digital AI products.
- Control track and improve adoption metrics holding strict accountability for adoption targets and KPIs.
- Transform complex data into intelligent decisions that optimize operations and deliver exceptional experiences for users.
3. Lead Training Enablement & Content Creation
- Develop and lead robust training and enablement frameworks across diverse teams.
- Create compelling videos training materials and communication assets.
- Identify what matters to people applying empathy and change management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and enthusiastic onboarding.
4. Partner with Go-to-Market Teams & Ford Direct
- Collaborate deeply with Ford Direct and Go-to-Market teams to ensure seamless product launches and integrations.
- Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams (from sales to design) ensuring the product aligns with the target user and driving global/regional growth initiatives.
- Leverage an entrepreneurial spirit to explore proactivity integration and automation for the customer of tomorrow.
5. Lead Teams of External Consultants and Agencies
- Oversee and lead teams of external consultants marketing agencies and creative partners to execute on the vision.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all deliverables align with Fords strategic goals and brand standards.
6. Accelerate Time-to-Value & Phased Rollout
- Design phased rollout strategies that mitigate risk and manage change management effectively.
- Focus relentlessly on shortening Time-to-Value by identifying the quickest path to measurable impact.
- Eliminate waste by identifying redundant efforts and steering teams toward shared solutions.
Qualifications
Youll have...
Digital Product Marketing Strategy:Proven ability to create marketing strategies from scratch amidst ambiguity including branding product consolidation and image/asset creation.
Change Management & Empathy:Expertise in change management methodologies understanding what matters to people and applying deep empathy to drive user adoption.
AI & Customer Experience (CX):Experience in AI technology automation and transforming data into intelligent decisions to elevate the customer and employee experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership:Track record of coordinating product launches and working closely with Go-to-Market teams sales design and Ford Direct.
Agency & Consultant Management:Demonstrated success in leading teams of external consultants marketing agencies and creative professionals.
Content Creation:Hands-on ability to direct or create high-quality videos training materials and enablement frameworks.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive innovative mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and driving global or regional growth initiatives.
12 years of professional experience in marketing or sales career leading the implementation of digital product.
Marketing degree or similar BS/BA equivalent degree.

Change management certifications.
A unique mix of experiences mirroring top-tier brand management (e.g. luxury or premium automotive brand launches) and advanced AI/CX technology sales and marketing.
Proven track record of controlling and improving adoption metrics holding accountability for adoption targets.
Deep understanding of proactivity integration and automation in customer experience.
Experience spearheading cross-functional product launches and coordinating global/regional growth initiatives.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
