• This role requires deep technical expertise in virtualization infrastructure automation cloud orchestration and data center resiliency.
• The ideal candidate will be hands-on capable of integrating VME with Morpheus to deliver self-service provisioning governance cost optimization and automated disaster recovery and failover capabilities across private and public cloud environments.

• You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) working closely with infrastructure cloud and DevOps teams to modernize virtualization platforms architect highly available and fault-tolerant systems and enable scalable automated infrastructure delivery.

• 7 years of experience in virtualization cloud infrastructure or data center engineering
• Hands-on experience with Virtual Machine Essentials (VME) or similar virtualization platforms
• Strong expertise with Morpheus Data (deployment automation integrations)
• Proven experience designing and implementing data center disaster recovery and failover architectures
• Hands-on experience with replication and DR tools such as Zerto or equivalent
• Deep understanding of:
• Virtualization technologies (KVM VMware Hyper-V)
• High availability clustering and failover mechanisms
• Compute storage and networking fundamentals
• API-driven infrastructure and automation
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform Ansible or equivalent)
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell Python or Bash)

• Experience architecting enterprise-scale DR solutions across multiple data centers or regions
• Familiarity with HPE ecosystem (HPE GreenLake Synergy Alletra OneView)
• Experience integrating Morpheus with enterprise tools (ServiceNow LDAP/AD monitoring platforms)
• Knowledge of container platforms (Kubernetes Docker) within Morpheus
• Experience with automated DR orchestration and runbook automation
• Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies
