Location: Northbrook IL 60062 (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ironclad CLM Solution Architect to lead and support contract lifecycle management initiatives in an agile environment.

This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design implement and optimize CLM solutions with a strong focus on Ironclad platform enhancements integrations and migration efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Ironclad expertise strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide business teams on workflows and system capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience

• 7 years in Business Systems Analysis / Solution Architecture
• 5 years implementing and leading CLM solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM (Highly Preferred)
• Experience with API integrations & enterprise data integration
• 3 years in production support / operations for enterprise systems

Technical Skills

• CLM platform expertise (configuration workflows lifecycle processes)
• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
• Experience with SaaS / Cloud environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
