Position: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant along with PL/SQL

Location: Remote (Occasionally travel to any nearby Infosys Office)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PL/SQL to support development and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical components and be capable of handling enhancements defect fixes and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical development and provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft HCM applications
Work on enhancements customizations and defect resolution
Develop and maintain technical components using PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface (CI) and SQR
Design and optimize PL/SQL procedures database objects and queries
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for applications and database processes
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills:

Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical development
Hands-on expertise in:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interface (CI)
- SQR
Solid experience in PL/SQL development including:
- Stored procedures
- Triggers
- Performance tuning
Good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and database design
