We are actively seeking a professional customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the critical link between our customers and service technicians in a high-volume fast-paced service department.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage workflow build customer relationships and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and identify vehicle concerns and service needs
Schedule appointments vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Provide accurate service estimates and timelines
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure clear repair orders
Recommend services repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition
Answer customer questions regarding repairs costs and service outcomes
Keep customers updated on repair status and completion times
Manage workflow and ensure efficient service lane operations
Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of required parts
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Process service transactions and ensure all documentation is accurate
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Experienced Service Advisors or automotive professionals preferred
Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
Ability to work in a high-volume environment and stay organized
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales-minded with the ability to recommend and close service work
Professional reliable and detail-oriented
REQUIREMENTS
Automotive experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of automotive systems and service operations
Experience with dealership software and service systems is a plus
Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers technicians and management
Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
