POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately
Replace oil air and cabin filters
Inspect and top off fluids (oil coolant brake fluid etc.)
Check and adjust tire pressure
Perform basic safety inspections
Maintain clean and organized work area
Document all work performed on repair orders
Communicate with service advisors and parts department as needed
Identify and report any mechanical issues or concerns
Follow all dealership and manufacturer standards
Operate tools and equipment safely at all times
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Entry-level candidates welcome no experience required
Automotive experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Detail-oriented and dependable
Takes pride in quality of work
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid drivers license
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS
Active shop environment with standing lifting and moving vehicles
Must follow all safety procedures and regulations (OSHA etc.)
Responsible for maintaining tools and equipment
Expected to keep work area clean and organized at all times
