JP Harvey Chevrolet is aggressively expanding and we are looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager who can dominate new car used car and F&I operations. This is not an entry-level role-we want a closer a leader and a profit driver who knows how to run a floor desk deals and maximize backend.

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Drive new & used vehicle sales performance gross profit and F&I penetration
Desk deals structure financing and maximize backend profitability
Hire train and develop a high-producing sales team
Forecast monthly/annual sales gross and expenses
Maintain strict control over lead management follow-up and CRM execution
Run daily/weekly sales meetings and hold the team accountable
Manage inventory mix (new & used) for maximum turn and profitability
Ensure compliance with all state federal and dealership policies
Work deals TO THE END-help close and secure every opportunity
Partner with ownership and leadership on advertising promotions and growth strategy
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Proven Automotive Sales Management experience (New Used REQUIRED)
Strong F&I background this is a MUST
Track record of high volume high gross performance
Ability to desk deals structure loans and close customers
Experience building and managing a winning sales culture
Highly driven competitive and results-oriented mindset
Strong leadership communication and accountability skills
