Job Title: Principal Anaplan Architect

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Anaplan Architect to lead enterprise-wide Anaplan architecture and strategy. This role will work closely with Finance and HR teams to design implement and optimize planning solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management
Define and implement architectural standards governance and best practices for Anaplan
Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations
Design and develop Anaplan solutions for:
Finance (headcount cost modeling compensation planning forecasting scenario analysis)
HR (position management hiring plans attrition modeling workforce analytics)
Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday SAP Oracle and Snowflake
Implement and manage Anaplan security models user roles and access controls
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including offshore resources
Develop reporting and dashboard solutions using Anaplan Power BI and Tableau
Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute planning strategies

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in Anaplan (model building architecture ALM and security)
Strong experience supporting Finance and HR planning functions
Experience with enterprise systems like Workday SAP Oracle and Snowflake
Hands-on experience with integration tools such as APIs Informatica MuleSoft or Anaplan Connect
Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of predictive analytics tools (Python R Azure ML)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualification

Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solution Architect certification
Experience with other EPM tools (Oracle PBCS SAP BPC Adaptive Insights)
Background in enterprise architecture or data strategy
Experience working in Agile environments
