Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Turlock
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesday Saturday or Monday Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating planning and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility reduce pain and restore function. This role requires strong clinical judgment effective communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility balance and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies procedures and regulatory standards
- Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with NetHealth and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- 13-week contract assignment
- Day shift schedule with weekend rotation depending on selected shift
