Project Manager 5

MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager 5 to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Provide assistance and project management support for Sr. Director of WW Go to Market and her staff.
• Help organize projects manage information flow and track commitments.
• Key attributes include a strong willingness to help and support and ability to cope in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
• Key responsibilities include diverse management tasks and coordinating special projects as outlined.
• Project Manage our VIP Marketplace program.
• This includes: Project managing and tracking a). platform capability launches and b). launched capabilities with Resellers globally who are launching these capabilities.
• Work with cloud services group to track capability launches.
• Work with a global reseller team responsible for reseller execution.
• Attend cross functional team meetings to capture key milestones.
• Report on and present progress on both workstreams.
• Prepare executive summaries on project status.

Requirements

• .Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years project management experience in the industry.
• Project management skills to track global operations and report on progress.
• Strong leadership working with large cross functional teams to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to develop executive communications and summaries.
• Reporting on results and progress.
• Good work ethic and flexibles schedule needed for meetings in other geos outside of NA including EMEA Japan and APAC.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage work load with little direction.
• Project management experience required.
