Job Summary

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Salesforce AI Administrator for one of its clients at Naperville IL / Hybrid

Job Title: Salesforce AI Administrator

Required Skills:

Experience - 7 to 8 years SFDC experience as Admin and Development
Configure and manage Salesforce security users profiles permission sets objects fields page layouts and Lightning apps.
Build advanced automations using Flow Approval Processes validation rules assignment rules and escalation workflows.
Develop custom solutions using Apex SOQL/SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce as needed.
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools and data management utilities.
Create advanced reports dashboards and analytics to support business insights and performance tracking.
Manage deployments environments testing and production support following Salesforce best practices.
Configure and optimize Salesforce AI features such as Einstein Next Best Action Bots and AI-driven insights.
Ensure AI readiness through strong data quality governance security and responsible AI usage.

Work Site: Naperville IL (Onsite 3 days a week - Tue Wed and Thur)

Duration: 6 months
