Job Summary
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience application engineering and SQL Server database development.
- Proficiency in law enforcement switch environments dispatch systems and public safety communications.
- Experience with C# XML and JavaScript for developing secure web-based solutions.
- Experience in SQL Server optimization involving complex stored procedures triggers and large-scale queries.
- Experience with designing enterprise-level architectures for real-time secure data exchange.
- Experience in system interoperability and the integration of diverse law enforcement databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of a law enforcement switch platform supporting real-time data exchange.
- Direct the development -based services and web applications within a secure environment.
- Architect seamless integration patterns between front-end applications and back-end public safety databases.
- Manage SQL Server engineering tasks including data optimization and technical performance tuning.
- Establish development standards and best practices to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Mitigate project risks and dependencies while monitoring timelines for major delivery milestones.
- Facilitate technical collaboration between engineering squads and business stakeholders to align goals.
