Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist will operate radiologic equipment to obtain diagnostic images and ensure accurate and timely processing of patient records. The role also includes performing additional radiology procedures as permitted by training and skill level.
Education Requirements
Graduate of an A.M.A approved Radiologic Technology program
Registered or registry-eligible with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Must hold a valid Ohio Radiographer License
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience (Required)
Experience or training in additional procedures (e.g. CT) preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Operate and calibrate radiologic imaging equipment
Properly position patients and ensure safety during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with patients physicians and staff
Ability to lift and assist in positioning patients
CPR Certification required
Familiarity with hospital/radiology systems
Additional Requirements
Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations while maintaining dignity and respect
