Title : Ironclad CLM Solution Architect (3 days/week onsite)

Job Description:
- Preferred: Option 1: Local (Chicago IL) with hands-on Ironclad experience 3 days/week onsite
- Option 2: Non-local with strong Ironclad experience willing to travel a few times/month (expenses not covered)
- Our client north of Chicago seeks a Solution Architect with Ironclad CLM expertise to drive contract lifecycle management initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to lead requirements gathering solution design and delivery.
- Key focus areas include optimizing Ironclad workflows supporting LegalSifter-to-Ironclad migration AI toolset usage and enterprise integrations.
- CLM certifications highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Serve as technical lead for CLM integrations and architectural design
- Support UAT release management and deployment planning
- Mentor team members and act as proxy product owner when needed
- Maintain documentation knowledge base and technical specs
Qualifications:
- 7 years in business systems analysis and configuration
- 5 years implementing and leading CLM solutions (Ironclad strongly preferred)
- Experience with API-based and enterprise data integrations
- Strong SDLC and agile methodology knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
