Job Summary

Mandatory (Must-Have)

8 years of software engineering experience in production environments
Strong backend expertise / C# ( Core REST APIs)
Proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend practices
Solid experience with SQL databases and stored procedures
Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (Power Automate Logic Apps Airflow etc.)
Hands-on API integrations with enterprise systems (CRM internal platforms)
Exposure to AI/ML integrations (LLMs model APIs etc.)
Working knowledge of Python for scripting/integration
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD testing security)
Ability to collaborate with AI data and business stakeholders

Secondary (Preferred / Nice-to-Have)

Experience with SharePoint development (SPFx portals integrations)
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code)
Knowledge of analytics/BI tools and data consumption patterns
Experience in large enterprise (Fortune 100) environments
Domain experience in Sales Retention or Call Center systems
Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Copilot CodeWhisperer)
Understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud
