Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in an inpatient oncology setting. The RN will care for patients with conditions such as leukemia and lymphoma ensuring comprehensive treatment through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Administer chemotherapy and related oncology treatments
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care
