Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and support CNC machines in the production of high-precision components. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on machining experience who can maintain quality standards and efficiently manage multiple machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components
Perform machine setup and make necessary adjustments during production
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
Conduct precision measurements and inspections using appropriate tools
Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality meets specifications
Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency
Identify and troubleshoot basic machining issues
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Required Qualifications:

2 3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
Experience operating CNC machines (Mazak preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges)
Strong attention to detail and quality control

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in precision manufacturing
Background in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
