Location: West Chester Pennsylvania USA
Compensation: $25.00 $35.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Machinist to operate and support CNC machines in the production of high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Swiss-style machining strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC Swiss machines
Perform machine setup and make adjustments as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Conduct precision measurements and inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers
Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality
Identify and troubleshoot basic machining issues
Ensure all parts meet required tolerances and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

2 3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
Experience operating Swiss machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in precision manufacturing environments
Background in medical device or other regulated industries
