As a Security Officer Secure Entry Driver in Baytown TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic utilities location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post where you will help manage entry and exit activity verify credentials and support daily security-related operations. You will remain visible conduct routine patrols and deliver strong customer service and communication while representing a team that is agile reliable innovative caring and driven by integrity.

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures access control protocols and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor and document the entry and exit of employees contractors visitors and/or vehicles checking credentials authorizations and delivery information in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating security-related concerns and/or unusual activity through the appropriate chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings gates yards and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity damaged barriers and/or other security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logs reports and visitor records and communicate clearly with site contacts Allied Universal leadership and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
