In this role you will be part of ourTechnology Consultingbusiness and collaboratively work on challenging AI and Data projects for our clients while using the latest technologies.

Our Consulting business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients with a specific focus on business transformation programs. We provide consistent and high-quality services to our clients around the world. Our teams work collaboratively with our clients to deliver all aspects from design to delivery of AI/GenAI BI Data strategy Data foundation and Intelligent Automation solutions.We are looking for a Senior starting in January 2026.

Your key responsibilities

• You will work on AI/GenAI Business Intelligence Data strategy & data governance Data foundation and data architecture and Intelligent Automation topics on a project basis for and in collaboration with customers throughout Switzerland and internationally.
• You will work for interesting national and international organizations in various domains such as Supply Chain Finance Risk etc. and across various sectors like Life Sciences Consumer Products & Retail etc.
• Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY.
• You will learn through knowledge sharing trainings and on the job experiences.
• Contribute to the development of the AI & Data Team by supporting client proposals and internal initiatives.

What we look for

• A Masters degree and up to four years of professional experience in AI & Data including Machine Learning Deep Learning Generative AI Computer Vision and Image Processing Speech and Audio Processing Mathematics Statistics & Operations Research.
• Interest or experience in the broader AI & Data field (e.g. Data Visualization and BI Data Management Data Strategy and Governance Process Mining RPA Intelligent Automation).
• Experience with AI & Data technologies such as R Python Spark SQL Data Visualization/BI software (e.g. PowerBI Tableau Qlik Amazon QuickSight) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure AWS GCP).
• Proven experience or in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA AI frameworks.
• Business Requirements Engineering skills with UI/UX knowledge.
• A flexible and proactive attitude strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German.
• Interest in travelling within Switzerland and internationally.
