About the Role
Fomra Electricals is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Quotation Executive to support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations managing client requirements and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements and product specifications
- Coordinate with the sales team for pricing discounts and order details
- Maintain and update quotation records and customer databases
- Follow up with clients for approvals and order confirmations
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers for pricing and product availability
- Ensure accuracy in pricing taxes and product details in all quotations
- Assist in order processing and documentation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in backend operations / quotation / sales support
- Basic knowledge of electrical products (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in electrical lighting or hardware industry
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
