DSV Solutionsis seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Executive Assistantin AUS - Strathfield South Cleveland street

You are a proficient and self-motivated Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in complex organisations. Highly organised and adaptable you are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The role:

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and develop a good relationship with the team
• Oversee an ever-evolving calendar and inbox navigating shifting priorities and ensuring mission-critical items were front and centre
• Seamlessly coordinate travel and build detailed itineraries
• Anticipate needs always thinking several steps ahead and solving problems before they arise
• Handle expense Claims of Director and other personnel within reporting group

About you:

• A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced creative and client-focused environment
• Your exceptional organisational skills help keep you focused in a fast-paced environment
• You are detail-oriented take pride in your work and know the importance of high standards
• You have exceptional communication skills and build trust quickly
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Have the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
