Electrical Dual Tradesperson

We have an opportunity based in Merredin for an experienced Electrical Dual Tradesperson for a permanent position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of electrical and instrumentation services including installation testing maintenance fault finding repair and commissioning of all Water Corporations assets throughout the Region.

What the role will involve:

Performs scheduled and unscheduled (breakdown) maintenance in water/wastewater systems and installs electrical and instrumentation components

Performs complex isolation and shutdowns

Complex problem solving of water systems wastewater systems and chemical dosing systems

Key skills and experience:

Electrical Trade Certificate

Instrumentation Certificate

Relevant High Risk Licences

Current Drivers Licence

Demonstrated experience in PLC SCADA and telemetry systems.

Considerable trade experience in water supply and wastewater services.

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements including hazard identification
