As the primary point of contact youll lead teams manage vendor partnerships and shape the end-to-end occupant experience across their portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Design compelling engagement strategies that build ambassador communities and embed a culture of empowerment.

• Lead high-performing Concierge teams to deliver seamless professional service that exceeds expectations.

• Drive innovative communications that strengthen workplace culture and energise stakeholders.

• Create memorable monthly programs that bring people together and make the workplace a destination.

• Ensure flawless delivery of reception mail and office services through smart processes and proactive vendor management.

• Serve as the trusted point of contact orchestrating seamless collaboration across Security IT Property Operations and business teams.
