Job Summary
TITLE: SENIORPRINCIPAL
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Primary Purpose:
The Principals duties are many to oversee the smooth operation of campus activity and ensure we are delivering a quality education to our students. The incumbent will serve as the main figurehead for faculty overseeing and evaluating the faculty. He/she will also and maintain a safe and nurturing place for our students to learn and serve as a head liaison for parent and stakeholder communications
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker preferred.
- 5-7 years as principal or vice principal
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
