About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join SalesBridge-Solutions on an immediate basis.
In this role you will be responsible for working with business clients identifying their needs and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing. You will help develop and execute sales strategies manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to support company objectives
- Set short- and long-term sales goals and work toward achieving targets
- Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
- Generate and manage leads through networking and outreach activities
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
- Work closely with the sales team to improve results and processes
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
- Participate in sales meetings and team discussions
- Support negotiation and closing of sales deals
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members when needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related role
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60000$90000 per year
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Full-time on-site position in New York NY
