Job Summary
Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Captain to join our Banquet leadership team during both AM and PM events.
Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential. Compensation for our Banquet Captain position is base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity.

Work Location: In person
Activities of our Banquet Captains include organizing and supervising the service team for business meetings and social events and acting as a primary contact for our guests during each event.
Service experience preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and over-see their completion.
AM Banquet Captains would typically work during the opening shift Monday-Friday with flexibility in scheduling including some weekends and holidays. PM Banquet Captains would be working the PM closing shift position.
