What Youll Do:

• Orchestrate Operations: Lead daily warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth efficient and safe operations.
• Drive Efficiency: Oversee workflows from receiving to shipping ensuring accuracy productivity and on-time order fulfillment.
• Master Inventory: Conduct cycle counts manage inter-company transfers and ensure proper storage and order accuracy.
• Safety First: Safely operate forklifts maintain a clean secure facility and ensure trucks are loaded properly for damage-free deliveries.
• Lead by Example: Mentor staff maintain positive communication with your team and customers and represent the company with professionalism.

Your Qualifications:

• Customer-Focused: Excellent service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple priorities.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with warehouse operations inventory management and product handling is a must. Knowledge of DOT rules and OSHA forklift requirements is a plus.
• Supervisory Skills: Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Team Player: You know how to inspire teamwork and build a cooperative environment.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED required with 1-2 years in a similar position or progressive role preferred.
