Job Summary
Communicate with customers via email phone and at times face to face.
Respond to customers inquiries in a fast professional manner.
Listen to the customers inquiries patiently and seek to resolve them in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations.
Enter customers orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1.
Be able to identify errors in orders and make the necessary corrections.
Double-checking orders to make sure any mistakes are corrected before scheduling to the production floor.
Communicate any issues with customers to department Managers and seek resolutions that can create a long-lasting economic value for both the customer and Cardinal CT.
Understand and develop relationships with the customers to profitably anticipate and satisfy their needs.
Scan/File driver paperwork into the Share Folder daily and coordinate shared responsibilities with other CSR associates.
Schedule customer orders in Fuse daily in a timely manner as required by production.
Perform month price audits for customers.
Daily use of AutoCAD when needed for fabricated orders.
Use the Daily Tracker to communicate all orders to production.
Updating the TOTAL SQFT/CURRENT SCHEDULE TRACKER at the end of the day and emailing it to production leads.
Keeping knowledge of E1 (learning the different parts it offers such as Configurator Table Product Definition Table and Pricing Table)
