We are looking for anAccount Manager Cataluña.

You will lead the sales activitiesin hospital environments including product demonstration and clinical interaction in operating rooms.

This role requires strong existing knowledge of hospital stakeholders and the ability to work on site with clinical teams to drive adoption of Wound & Incision Care solutions.

Location:Barcelona

Youll make a significant contribution in the following areas:

  • Achieve sales budget in order to collaborate with the company targets.
  • Drive sales growth in hospital Acute Care settings.
  • Promote and demonstrate Wound Care products in hospitals and operating rooms to nurses surgeons and doctors.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and KOLs.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities across the territory.
  • Manage and follow up regional and local tenders identifying key decisionmakers and best opportunities.
  • Support Clinical and Marketing teams influencingtechnical specifications.
  • Deliver product communication through onsite visits and clinical presentations.
  • Maintain a highquality hospital contact database and provide market insights.

What you will need:

  • 23 years of sales experience in the hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and demoing products in operating rooms.
  • Strong existing knowledge of hospital structures and stakeholders within the territory.
  • Experience working with clinical teams (surgeons nurses) and procurement decisionmakers.
  • Strong negotiation planning and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Fluent Spanish; English desirable.
