Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Sales Specialist / BD Manager based in Kalgoorlie. Youll help us to power progress for our customers in the Goldfields Region. This role will see you based out of our Kalgoorlie or Perth office with a frequent travel to our mining customers across the Goldfields Region.
Power without pause. Heating cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.
What youll do as Sales Specialist / BD Manager
Spend approx every 2nd week travelling throughout the Goldfields region visiting our clients and building key relationships.
Build personal knowledge of Aggrekos new products.
Develop new customers within mining and heavy industry promoting our power generation and temperature control solutions.
Elevate the businesss customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department.
Support our clients across the entire scope of sales - business development and product introduction covering project design and project/site delivery.
Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated region with a focus on advising clients of the breadth of our range and hybrid and low emissions solutions.
Accelerate new products utilisation responsible for allocated budget and growth goals.
Liaise with Aggreko technicians and management to provide technical solutions both low and high voltage applications.
Regular customer visits in allocated region to provide excellent customer feedback.
You are:
Proven in industrial sales role or in an industrial trades position.
Technically proficient with industrial products related to mining equipment or power generation (familiarity with greener energy solutions would be highly regarded)
Strongly analytical possessing problem-solving capabilities.
Keen to grow your professional capabilities with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
An excellent communicator and collaborator.
Dedicated to safety quality and customer experience coupled with a familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Understanding factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration.
Able to apply basic project management skills.
Strongly focused on your customer account management skills.
