Job Summary
Home Care Aide/Caregiver

Part Time hours include: 8 A.M-12 P.M or 1 P.M-5 P.M
Full Time hours include: 8 A.M-5 P.M
Scheduled Days are Monday-Friday.
Weekend hours are rare but are on rotation to be fair to everyone!
Hourly Rate is $18/hr-$19/hr.

As a Home Care Aide/Caregiver heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Provide the personal care and support seniors/pediatrics/veterans/disabled need to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparation shopping transportation and companionship.
- Help with ambulation transferring and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles games reading and hobbies.
A few must-haves for Home Care Aides/Caregivers:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California.
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
- CPR certification
- Valid CA drivers license auto insurance and transportation.
- Current TB screening.
- Compassionate and helping nature good communicator and ability to lift to 50 lbs.
