Our teamleveragesthe Salesforce platform to provide essential tools for our global sales marketing and support organizations. We need individuals who understand both Axiss business and the technology within our platform and underlying on-prem systems to succeed in our mission.
The team is composed of various roles including IT product owners architects technical lead production leadSalesforcedevelopersand admins.
We are all working together to create the best environment for everyone toutilizetheir skills and creativity.
You will also collaborate with business analysts and business product owners to refine and process requests and have close collaboration with other teamsto createsolutions that span over multiple systems.
Our team is always ready to lend a helping hand offering support whenyourestuck and a sounding board for your ideas when you need inspiration.

You will solve problems turn user needs into technicalsolutionsbycreatingandmaintainingsystem support for our business processes.You will connectdatafromdifferent sourcesthrough integrationsto and from the salesforce platform. This willenable co-workersaround the worldto havethe best circumstances to take the rightdecisionor be able to help a partner or customer.Take responsibility toensureoursystemremainsclean structured and optimized.
Furthermore you will:
- Developfront-end and back-end solutions within the salesforce platformwith lightning web components and Apex
- Develop andmaintainintegrationsand supportingapplications in AWSKubernetesand Linux
- Maintainimproveandreplace existing solutions as the platformevolves andnew technologiesare introduced
Additionally you will:
Manage data quality and dataflow within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
Participate in and take responsibility for planning and estimating your work and the teams work.
Who Are We Looking For
You are a passionate problem solver and a team player withmanyyearsof experience as adeveloperworking withSaaS-platform. You have no problemsunderstanding andtranslatinguser needsinto technicalsolutionsand you can foresee and explain consequences of choices being madein the development.
You have a user centric starting point in your technical suggestions.You are hungry forknowledge andarenever done learning new things that you can add to your toolbox. You have a true interest in technologyandfollow news about trends in the software development industry always looking for that new thing that could help youwithyour next project.
Wedlove to hear that you have:
- Eextensiveexperience with JavaScript andexpertisein frontend frameworks such as React and Angular along with HTML and CSS
- Significant experiencewith object-oriented programming languages with a strong emphasis on Java.
- A proventrack recordin SaaS-platform development and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing complex integrations both on-premises and cloud-based.
- In-depth knowledge of message-broker technologies like RabbitMQ or similar.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS as well as containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Itsa plus if you:
- WorkedinGit and have experience from Gerrit and Jenkins.
- If you have experience from other global enterprise companies.
- Dedication to testing codereviewsand other quality-oriented practices supporting workflows are highly valuable.
