Team Lead - Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Executes daily sort operations by leading Package Handlers on the floor. Responsible forreal-time productivity quality and safety performance within assigned work areas.

Key Responsibilities
Area-level execution of the sort plan.
Lead Package Handlers during the sort to meet productivity and quality targets.
Assign tasks and adjust workflow in real time to maintain efficiency.
Track attendance timekeeping and conduct; escalate concerns to the Sort
Supervisor.
Deliver on-the-job training and reinforce standard work procedures.
Monitor and report area-level KPIs and quality outcomes.
Manage CMR exchange and secure dock procedures.
Oversee inbound and outbound freight movement in assigned areas.
Enforce safe working behaviors and immediately address hazards.

The right candidate has experience in leading the sort process shows flexibility with regards to working schedules has good knowledge of the English language and preferably an understanding of Dutch. We are looking for someone who is eligble to work in the Netherlands.
