1) Prepare and Review the Informative Declaration of the Taxpayers Tax Situation or Tax Report (SIPRED or ISSIF) each year; ensuring that the financial and tax operations of the company corresponding to the immediately preceding year are presented in accordance with Mexican tax laws.

2) Prepare and submit the ISR for the year and the Deferred Tax for reporting purposes to the Corporate Internal and External Audit as well as compliance with Accounting and Tax regulations.

3) Calculate and declare the informative returns and provisional payments according to the requirements and calendars of the Mexican government such as: ISR VAT IEPS ISR Withholdings VAT Withholdings DIOT Informative Returns Annual Returns and Electronic Accounting and/or any requirement from the authority

4) Supervise and ensure the returns of positive balances of VAT to help in the cashflow of the company.

5) Stay updated monthly and annually on the tax reforms monthly miscellaneous resolutions economic and fiscal package informing and giving feedback to other local internal and corporate areas contributing and coordinating strategic planning and proposals for their timely implementation.

6) Legal Representative of the Organization in tax matters to be able to coordinate provide supervise manage and sign information presented to the internal and external auditors as well as to different Mexican authorities.

7) Responsible for the preparation of the information to respond to the requests of the tax authorities (SAT) and the social security authorities (IMSS); in revisions and clarifications that these require.

8) Prepare information for the presentation of the Local File and Master File as well as the coordination of the request for information between the headquarters and the external transfer pricing auditors

9) Quarterly and yearly review of the taxes and contributions related to payroll (ISN IMSS INFONAVIT)

10) Prepare coordinate and lead the information of the processes where the legal Fiscal requirements of the company are involved at the local and group level. (Acquisitions or closures of business units Special projects System implementations Legal requirements).

11) Daily monitoring of the sales invoices identifying errors in the CFDI making proposals to correct it and follow up on the corrections to avoid duplicity in the payable taxes and or non-procedure of deductions and or VAT
