Job Responsibility

• Drive the implementation of partnership strategies to maximise value creation and revenue generation for the company and the partners

• Manage daytoday relationships with partners as a key contact point to ensure timely execution of partner initiatives and effective execution of product sales and marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate the integration of insurance products and services into partner distribution ecosystems including digital platform frontline training and operational processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as product compliance and marketing) to support seamless partnership delivery

• Support partnership strategy development and annual business planning with partners to drive the business growth and achieve agreed KPIs.

• Monitor partnership performance analyze key metrics and report on outcomes to senior management

Job Requirement

• University graduate preferably in business discipline.

• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in insurance/banking/ financial services sector with exposure to partnership management bancassurance or business development

• Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound understanding of insurance products banking distribution models and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Motivated results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

• Efficient MS application and Chinese input

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
