Senior E&M Technician

About the Role

As a Senior E&M Technician (機電水喉高級技工) you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities equipment and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of all operational equipment.
• Maintain all electrical work of the Hotel including restaurant outlets guestrooms and public areas.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as well as planned maintenance and emergency repairs of any electrical and mechanical services within the Hotel.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisors.
• 負責定期檢查酒店内所有運行的機電
• 維持所有酒店範圍内的機電運作及進行維修包括餐廳客房及公眾地方
• 進行酒店内的機電保養措施包括定期維護緊急維修
• 執行其他由上級指派的工作

About You

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A0)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the repairing and maintenance ofHotel equipment and facilities
• Knowledge in electrical and mechanical systemHotel equipment and facilities preventive maintenancefire safety
• Knowledge in Hotel operations would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken Cantonese; English would be an advantage
• 最少三年酒店設備和設施的維修及保養經驗
• 持有電工A牌
• 具備機電系統知識酒店設備和設施的保養知識防火安全知識
• 具備酒店營運知識優先考慮
• 操流利廣東話懂基本英語優先
