ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for an experienced and forward-thinking individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Digital Implementation Director. This is a Full-time position based in Location.
The Digital Implementation Director is responsible for delivering and managing Prime Video EUs direct partner media strategies across key partnerships including Spotify LG Samsung Acast Hearst and other strategic collaborators.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy activation governance and commercial performance. It ensures that digital execution is structured scalable commercially efficient and aligned with Prime Videos broader growth ambitions.
Beyond delivery this role plays a leadership function across digital activation partnering closely with Channel Directors and the Warsaw activation team to design processes implement operational change and elevate execution standards across markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead delivery of Prime Video EU direct partner strategies translating annual and bespoke media plans into structured high-quality digital activation across key partners including Spotify LG Samsung Acast and Hearst.
- Own digital governance across markets ensuring consistent implementation standards taxonomy discipline QA frameworks and operational excellence across Prime Video EU.
- Design and implement scalable activation processes reducing manual friction improving accuracy and embedding structured workflows in partnership with Channel Directors and the Warsaw activation team.
- Oversee and optimise the Warsaw activation model clarifying ownership improving handovers and ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned to campaign volume and complexity.
- Provide senior client leadership guiding Prime Video stakeholders through data-driven decision making in annual plans and bespoke strategies offering independent and commercially sound recommendations.
- Drive commercial performance and efficiency leveraging media economics deal structures joint business plans resource planning and technology investment to improve profitability and delivery outcomes.
- Champion innovation and Agentic AI integration partnering with reporting and data teams to evolve AI-enabled workflows automation initiatives and performance governance frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital media activation implementation or performance leadership roles.
- Strong expertise across programmatic social video and direct media partnerships.
- Experience leading multi-market teams and offshore activation hubs.
- Demonstrated experience designing operational processes and driving change.
- Strong commercial understanding of media economics deal structures and profitability levers.
- Confident in client-facing environments and able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic direction.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients ideally within entertainment tech or e-commerce sectors.
