Role Summary

We are looking for aTechnical Portfolio Managerto manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend oftechnical understanding portfolio management and stakeholder leadership.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum 12 years in IT with strong Portfolio/program management experience
Hands-on understanding ofServiceNow platform (ITSM CMDB)
Strong knowledge ofCMDB architecture CI relationships and data governance
Experience managingmultiple projects/programs at portfolio level
Ability toprioritize initiatives based on business value
Strong understanding ofIT operations (incident change problem management)
Experience withAgile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
Strongstakeholder and executive communication skills
Ability to work as aclient-side owner driving business outcomes
