Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care and assist with daily patient needs
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
Assist with procedures and routine clinical tasks
Support patient hygiene mobility and comfort
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team
Ensure adherence to safety infection control and facility protocols
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
Education & Licensure
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington or compact state required
Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA required
Schedule & Work Details
Variable shifts including days evenings and nights
40 hours per week
