As a Security Officer Armed Field Patrol in El Campo TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This role offers the opportunity to support daily operations with professionalism teamwork and integrity while making a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or team members by carrying out site-specific procedures assigned post orders and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store parking areas entrances loading zones and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer and employee traffic access points and high-activity areas helping to address policy-related issues suspicious behavior and/or potential loss prevention concerns.
• Support incident response by communicating with local management law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed while maintaining professionalism and following Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
